My observation was one of a general macro economic outlook for the PM's and commodities. Having said that..Xtierra is not going to take low ball offers on their property..which they would like to sell to fund any new acquisitions. Investors that thought this was going to be a ten bagger in 6-8 months are far to optimistic. Having said that I hope Tim and company are working the phones as I'm assuming they are. To the seller who is driving the price down to ridiculous levels ...i hope the boys stick it in your pooper..
