Previoulsy I had thought that there was little chance that Rise would get the permit but today's presentation looked like the same contrast between the Rise team's rational and the board's presentation and conclusions as did the reasons trump thinks he should be granted absolute immunity.versus Powel's arguments. Rise demolished the boards reasons for their conclusions in the same way that the DOJ's Smith demolished trump's lawyers argulments.
A hearty congratulations to the Rise team. Their presentation actually demonstrated visually and verbally an improvement in the property.
