where there is smoke, there could be fire..remember these are some of the most knowledgeable legal minds in the US that are advising Rise and other smart people who are putting their money where their convictions are. (probably also, putting in personal guarantees).
Also, there is a lot of drilling potential and additional new reserves possible if the recent past drilling results are a sign of things to come.
