Trading at 11.5-12 cents. So much for the run-up yesterday. Obviously a closed door meeting initiated that move. Something could be brewing. Positive or negative. Who really knows.
Back in Jan 2014, MOM had 123M shares outstanding. But with a 1-10 share consolidation this was reduced to 12M by the end of the month. Today, MOM is back up to 47.9 M shares.
With 4 private placements and 1 option offering during 2014 they may be looking for more money in April. Add in another share consolidation possibly being on the horizon a decision to add to one's position now is a risk at best.
China's CFDA and the USDFA are slow in coming with no guarantee attached. However, these will be SP changers if positive however these PP/share consolidation possibilities certainly puts another slant on overall timing of buying,
