I'm wondering if there was someone connected to the company who wanted in, but didn't want to buy on the open market? And wanted to be included in decision making. This would be why it would be non brokered, and I think it will close quickly. Would also explain why the news was released after hours on Friday to give the market the weekend to think about it. Jmo
