This guidance is a pile of that smelly stuff.  Based on what was said, this could have been said a long time ago.

This device is straight forward, it's not invasive so why is it getting the "put off" or the dragging it out routine.

I watch drug promotions on TV where 50% of the ad is a cover your behind statement.  How do these drugs get passed and yet a device where you lay your arm on top of it gets this type of guidance.  Did MOM screw up or is the FDA nervous that this device could impact drug and hence tax revenue.

If MOM continues to get this type of guidance don't hold your breath on its quick approval.
