RE:RE:This Company has a CREDIBILITY PROBLEM
The price of the offering is based on fair value market price. It's not a true value of what the company is worth. Let's say if the stock was pumped hard to $10, it would have priced the offering around $10 at the time of issue. I rather the company just issue one big offering than releasing these kind of news every quarter, slowly pulling the SP down. 2016 is just round the corner, so I'm going to hold. Not risking news of a new deal rolling out from now till December.
