This confirms that MOM is running out of people to get money from. So, why not ask certain people to hit the bushes to see what low hanging fruit can be influenced to blow off some of their bucks.
If these approvals don't come thru it will interesting to see how MOM handles their situation. The creditors + investors like myself could be out some major coin.
