RE:RE:RE:RE:Is this a good stock to buy?At 4 cents, anyone getting the message, IMHO, that the SCOUT is not the device that everyone thought it would be.

Slow global approvals and lack of penetration and sales in Canada is hitting like a 2'x4'.  IMHO and relatively speaking, this non-invasive device is a no -brainer to the medical world.  What is going on behind closed doors?  It can't be good.
