Plausible?
FDA are not messing around. If they identify drugs that can drastically increase the survival chances of the unfortunate people that are a victim of the pandemic, they would surely move mountains to get the drugs to those people. Revive might just have come up with one such drug. A drug that could potentially reduce.the inflammation in people's lungs, thus giving them a better shot at survival. Not only survival, but a quicker recovery time and a reduction of pressure on the buckling hospitals. So what? Well, is it really far fetched that the reason for this so called delay in the announcement, is because the FDA have something else in mind for Revive? Maybe, just maybe, they have seen something in this drug. And, the early signs warrant enough confidence just to go straight ahead and treat people. This is a crisis. This is the time for extreme measures to be taken. Please note, this is simply hypothetical. Wild as it may be, stranger things have happened. And these are strange times.
