How great it is that the offering is fulling subscribed.

So, you realized that YOU as an investor have paid to give others the benefit of free shares?

That's what an offering is. Taking money out of existing shareholder pockets to give cheap shares to an "investor" that they will dump onto the market. It drives down sp, through dilution and sale.

Next up, consolidation. Really bloody water for longs.
