Clarifications Please on the new companyCan someone explain to me how many shares this new company will be now? What will there new market cap be at? What will be the opening price approximately when this stock is back up and trading ?

Also, it says current shares for tidal royalty are divided by 8. What does this 2.08 number mean then?
