if you read up their financial position has been strengthening ever quarter for the last year showing a turn around, with the finishing of this private placement their should be a news release with a corporate update, but regardless tons of upside at .04 cents I'm thinking

Don't like the $900k debt, will need to be settled, hopefully at $.10 or higher. Have you spoken to anyone in the company?
