I never received an email reply myself but I'm glad these guys did reply to clouder.
I don't reach out to companies too often but I've been snubbed a few times and as a retail investment with 1k 5k 10k or a100k investment it does feel a bit rude as your putting money into their cause it's the least a company can do is reply back.
I'm with a few start up companies and more importantly I want results and the next 6 to 12 should show this or I'll reevaluate my position..
