....not even an update from the company that they'll be late, need an extention??? Have you heard anything?

Like I had said in my previous reply they could go past the 31st of May. It's not on them it's on the auditor. The 31st is not some kind of hard deadline, it's a soft deadline they assumed would be met, they have upto 90 days to complete the filing. It won't take anywhere near that long but there is really nothing they can do. Let's hope for next week.

Thanks Jethro. 90 days to complete the filing? I thought, as you mentioned previously, it is 30 days?

No, they are given 90 days. The deadline of May 31st is a standard deadline all companies state since it's the end of the month. I'm thinking next week. But I have no info other than my guesses.
