This structural shake up is going to cost the company big money with lawyers, accountants, auditors, filing fees, etc. The ongoing IoT revenue stream? Lets see what the Q1 and Q2 filings show us. Get them filed and have the CTO lifted. Nobody is attracted to a junior that can't file and pay for autits to be done in a timely matter. The Zero Carbon aquisition, their are lots of Battery Metal Recycling companies on the market. This deal has crushed most of the LONGS. Will review the situation December 31st but so many things have to go right to refloat this boat.
