Look's like they will have no money to continue . Assets should be sold and debts paid any money leftover should be return to shareholder's.

I don't agree. If the government changes in Newfoundland and SHP is allowed to continue on the their current property there things will get better. Also SHP has applied to the government to do more exploration in the province. I don't think Mark will let this company go bust. There are more opportunities in Kansas and other areas in the states. Mark is always looking for more opportunities

I believe most people know they can sell cheap. I for one love hearing what others have to say as it helps me along through this process.  a month ago the liberals were a shoe in for Newfoundland now I'm not so sure. When election was called I'm sure liberals did well in early voting but now I'm not so sure. The voting process got so messed up I believe people got pissed off

Excellent and thoughtful post Barry, we all should trust in Mark to do what is best for the company and shareholders.    I have lots of dry powder through success on other plays;   up 70% on AMC (usd).  looking to vend off for more SHP Shares, probably in a few weeks if we are still trading at 5 to 5.5 cents. I see a reverse split happened, I see a pump happened, I see a dump happened and now I see a poop and scoop. I in no way think shp or the ventures it undertakes are illegitimate. No real pump happened On the last drill. It was pretty relaxed and low volume. The extremely bad news is shaking out the weak hands .  The strength is the buyers mark jarvis is bringing in.  Like eric from black gold who is making a fortune from crypto.  There is a handfulll of names mark  has added to the base of this company.  Including long term holders that was

Oh, there was no pump at all on the last drill, but on the first one, I am pretty sure that the Black Gold guy was the only thing that got us over 10 cents and beyond. Isn't Eric's full time job to pump commodity stocks?

Eric wasn't working for shoal point on the last drill.  So im pretty sure Eric did tell people that pay him to jump into shoal point.   Do you think Eric was scamming his loyal base or do you think he fully believed there was oil?

As I said, I don't think anything illegitimate took place. 150k was paid to phenom ventures (Eric) to talk up the stock, you don't get paid handsomely (150k!) to not pump. ERIC Muschinski inititally when he came onto SHP talked about the NL GPS as being HUGE..................HUGE opportunity (my words) and concentrated on Kanasas believing there IS OIL! We just "missed" on Well #2 BUT..........NL elections March 25?     IF PC's get in Shoal is to the moon people!! There will be NO stopping MJ to get HIS BIG ELEPHANT!!

Wasn't it the PC's ('progressive' is the give away) that instituted the ban on fracking while solidly in control of the province? Canada is ruled by socialists. PC's are socialist, Liberals are extra socialist, and NDP is extra extra loony tunes socialist. Has any municipal representative in Newfoundland openly supported fracking let alone a party?

They are not looking at fracking and they think the Newfoundland play could be a lot like the Bakken with many  oil pools within the shale. I have no clue about liberal vs pc in Newfoundland.  But if Eric is talking about Newfoundland. Maybe they are working on it.  It's possible

I think the garden hill site that Nu oil was working on with pvf is proof of oil pools. I think the estimate was like 300 million barrels.  Nu oil is now a shell being used for a totally different game plan, railings for ships or something.    Anyway the Newfoundland assets went back to Allen minty.  I think his name is.   They also own the deep rights of our Newfoundland
