Thanks for posting this decision.  Anyone called mark?    I can't see SPE accepting this....there will be an appeal for sure.

this is not a decision. This has yet to go to court. This is just their defence to the SHP's lawsuit

gpbhand...... you're right it's not the decision.  I was just finished reading the "reply" to SPE and quickly started the chat. Too hasty and over reacted   as I said this is not the final outcome of the lawsuit.   More to come and it looks like this will take time; much time.  All good  and I do my own DD so not relying on others to call in to ...more
