In my opinion Lynn Mueller's aggressive plan was just wrong. A small company not selling anything cannot have offices all over the planet. Not focussing on Canada and US first was a big mistake where the years were lost.
Other than that especially the proven sales part is absolutely right. In the past Engie and Meriton were mentioned. Currently it's Consolidated, Amazon or some large hotels in Vegas. It really needs this one customer that is like Sharc's step into the light so to speak.
