Not entirely smokin' (maybe to Jody), but the former saga of Water Furnace could be a good mirror of a future for this weed patch. I was trained as a refrigeration mechanic here in Canada and it turns out, I really understood the technology of heat moving from one source to another. The second law of thermodynamics states that heat moves from warmer to colder. The first law states that energy can’t be created or destroyed. It was a natural for me to go into the business. I’ve had a career where I spent about 30 years in the geothermal pump business. I was president and CEO of a company called Water Furnace. We were the world’s largest manufacturer of geothermal heat pumps. I’ve been in the renewable energy business for a very long time and very passionate about it. Of course cynics could say that there is a third law of thermodynamics at play when it comes to IWS and SHARC, which states that an investor's capital can flow from bagholder to bagmen, and that he "really understands the technology of money moving from one source to another".
