Hopefully Wednesday will be a good day for Sharc and we get a small slice of that 3 trillion!

If some of the $ 3 trillion will be used to buy Sharc systems you will not even call that part a drop. That being said Marcy Kaptur in the hearing also said that what Mrs Lee will see at DC Water is "for sure the future". Which, of course, sounded really good after all those painful years.
