if the halt was  only due to an audit it must be a hard audit !!-i think there has to be more to it-to pull off that 43 mill$$ deak i think they are putting together financial backing to make it happen--43 million??---if they pull itoff its worth the wait-i have even been buying NUGL in the hopes it ewill work out -but i aoso think nugl will be ok without the deal----i still look daily for ...more
