Pleasant Valley Ranch RelationHello, in the 2019 Q4 and 2020 Q1, there is note receivable activity to a "Pleasant Valley Ranch." Overall, does anyone know the relation to Slang, its strategy, or its mgt?
The footnote says they are an "unrelated entity" to Slang, but I can't find anymore information from Slang. They are in the business of Alternative Medicine and located in Carbondale, CO per my google, but I don't know any other information. I'm more wondering why Slang is lending to them some material money during their turnaround. They lent them $1.3 million USD in Feb. 2020. It could be something positive and business related, like growing weed for the Cookies or other roll-outs, but I don't know... Thanks!
