Under pressure ? or waiting for an envelope ? everyone knows now that Montréal has been the targeted for corruption. finding out today that ICAO in based in Montréal, it makes me Wonder if their not waiting for a little something from SNA ??? i'm not bashing Montreal. i live here for pete's sake. but these greedy people at the head of government organization makes my head spin sometimes. i think that SNA should start doing some lobbiyng.....
