RE:4.5 million expenditureThe AI collaboration is fine and forward thinking with a reputable company - who is this AI company, a very basic website with no information... sorry but that doesn't look good at all???

Also these numbers feel extremely uneasy to investors... 
Where is this money to buy 55% coming from? On what basis is this $9m usd valuation ? 
There seems to be nothing out there on this AI start up?

Star has had a terrible past with OSC investigations for financial improprieties - I would be extremely open and careful as a board and officers in charge of this traded currently sub performing stock?

Questions to many answers need to be addressed, a Concerned Investor.
