AGMIt was like every past AGM. The management looked worried. They do not have a plan. Reverse split not going to fly. bunch of ???.No straight answers. They dont have anyhting. Flightpath also not sure of when anything will happen. What happen to all the 20 some planes coming in April. shareholder asked questions of S3AI. He think it is just private company so that money can be taken out. He asked about finder fee and who the finder. asked abou how evaluation was done. He asked what S3Ai is going to do for Star. No answer by CEO/CFO, because he did not know what to answer and Chairman said sorry that S3Ai not present. He said there will be a PR with zoom link in two weeks, to explain what s3ai will do for star. basically they dont have anything and AI is also going nowhere. same BS. good luck investors hope it survive and have agm after agm again and again. VK was stil better. i dont have any hope
