They have a lot going for them if things go well but the stars aren't aligned yet.  The biggest concern is no licence yet in Canada.  That's kinda a big deal.  

How did they get  $10 million in revenues?  How are they making money right now?  Through their clinics?

I don't really know how the legislation works in California.  I assume they have some kind of licencing system.  Also the whole Federal vs State law thing makes me uncomfortable.

I'm not trying to paint SNN with a bad brush or anything but they are not much more than an idea at this point in time.


Sounds like you don't really understand this company fully nor the environment they are looking to operate in. There is risk with any investment but If you were to go through their financials fully, educate yourself on the California market and the current fed verse state battle (especially the newest bill ) I think you may feel differently
