Most importantly, read page 25. The current valuation is $46.70. However, the full term valuation once the Oliver and Cathedral City facilities are operational and producing product based on the projetions made... The 2-3 year valuation comes in at $144. This is a sleeping giant. You think the little bumps that happened this week are big? Just wait...

That report is very positive.  I'd be cautious about those valuations though.  Those valuations are inspired by the insanely inflated market caps of other producers like Canopy and ACB. The report states:  Note that the comparables valuation reflects what the market is currently paying for similar publicly traded cannabis companies. This may demonstrate potential upside ...more

Mulletator: Two things - In their Jan 03 PR, SNN said they are "Finalizing" supply agreements. Sure, it's not done yet, but that also means that they are in late stages. Just not running a successful winery. The CEO sold his previous company ID Biomedical for 1.7 billion. You have to be pretty good to achieve that. I'm sure he will do the same with Sunniva.

Sounds like you don't really understand this company fully nor the environment they are looking to operate in. There is risk with any investment but If you were to go through their financials fully, educate yourself on the California market and the current fed verse state battle (especially the newest bill ) I think you may feel differently
