RE:if it's so undervalued Are we not initiating a spin out to allow the real investors, not retail, but institutions, who actually understand value and long term gain possibilities, a way to enter the game? I agree this is down and could fade to low 5s, but if tutes were already allowed in, it would have never gotten below 8s.
