What buyout price tag would be fair for Snn Cali, Snn Canada, or just SNN as a whole?
I would assume no less than $500M for the Canadian portion including NHS. As it has been stated the facility alone will be worth $250M, and then you have a 100k customers lined up for scripts to your own products.
As for the American side, even though they don't own the facility, they have the rights to it for the next 25 years, at solid pricing and extension intervals, plus extracts and vape connoisseur. I would say again, no less than $500M.
Prices only going to get higher as the company business plan progresses as well. Just brewing up some chatter.
