For the Canadian site they are now building with the pod approach to maximize the profits they can make with NHS by selling their own supply to their existing clients. Which is a smart idea, because until the spinout happens they do not have the ability to obtain financing with the US assets attached. They plan to build out in phases to complete the original design, through vendor financing. This is where imo canopy could still become a partner at some point. Hence why management is still in negotiations with them by the sounds of it. As sunrise said though this is probably not right in the distant future.
