Why the P/S of 3? Well look at the past missed deadlines and assertion that they will get bank funding for Canadian Ops. Spinout news almost a year ago with still no decision on what/when/how the spinout happens. Canopy deal as good as gone, though they don't admit it. NHS revenues going nowhere. Listen, you need to do
your own DD. There are reasons why the market is ignoring this stock. Not because it does not like its name or something.
