His bumbling ways showed in: 1) asserting that they would get bank financing for Canadian Ops 2) announcing a spinout way before working out details 3) messing up a lucrative business with Canopy in the process 4) delays after delays for Cali Ops 5) missed deadlines for aforementioned bank financing 6) not capitalizing on NHS 7) calling trading halts for stoopid doopid reasons - shows lack of business acumen and desperation 8) doing capital raises when the sp was low ........just a few reasons that come to mind this late an hour.
PS: I won't say "LOL". That is for people who are "laughable".
