RE:Takeover Target

RE:Takeover TargetI believe Ted Ohashi, the currently much hated independent analyst recently alluded to that possibility. And without a doubt a well capitalized MSO may look to take out snn in the 1.50 - 2 .00 range and the way Holler's foray into mj has gone, he may just be willing to sell the whole damn thing warts and all, if an offer is brought. The endless mistakes, pivots, replacements and continued delays and timeline adjustments have become exhaustingly laughable at this point. The much needed cash infusion from asset sales is another apparent phantom that gets pushed further and further out. And on top of that, NHS continues to show negative sequential growth quarter after quarter, so it's becoming quite questionable just how much that asset is even worth to a potential buyer. possibly 1X annual sales if they're lucky...but obviously any buyer knows how desperate of a seller snn is currently. The revenue potential just keeps getting pushed further and further out, all the while the capital crunch has this company in a vice of their own making. I'm still long here much to my chagrin, so I'm hoping mgt can navigate this difficult time and turn this very painful corner.
