Takeover Target

I can honestly say and predict that if Sunniva remains supressed under a dollar, we will 100% be a target for a hostile takeover bid. This is just too cheap of a company to not put a bid in to buy is for 40-80 million dollars. Hell if I won the lottery, I'd buy the company haha. It will bounce back though soon enough.

I believe Ted Ohashi, the currently much hated independent analyst recently alluded to that possibility. And without a doubt a well capitalized MSO may look to take out snn in the 1.50 - 2 .00 range and the way Holler's foray into mj has gone, he may just be willing to sell the whole damn thing warts and all, if an offer is brought. Does anyone even know what their current assets would be valued at? I understand they don't even own the building. What is their current debt? Has the lawsuit been settled? What is burn rate? How much cash do they have left? I guess if (Assets + cash - debt - lawsuit) is somewhere around $80 million CDN I guess I would agree with a possible buyout price of $1.50 to $2. What a sad ...more
