Barker is answerable to his own company's equity holders, he is a businessman and moreover his company is not a sole entity. His own company equity holders are not going to give a pass to Barker or to Sunniva/Holler The Horrible. I believe Barker is under pressure. His lawyers and euity holders must have asked him to resign from Sunniva's Board (which was a lucrative position with lots of free shares) and pursue the money owed to his company, BPG.
