This is an asset sale. The property is being spun out to the new purchaser. The previous sale was the entire subsidiary, thus most likely a share sale. An asset sale is clean for the buyer. Not sure if any of the companies that are trying to sue us will stop it but cold hard cash is in everybodys favour.
