They didn't want to take the easy money at 10 bucks as to not dilute.. now they will have to take it at $0.50. You couldn't get this at Cannacord if you begged at $9.75 a few years back.
Lesson learned.. take the money when they give it to you.. imagine having 3 million more shares in the float but 30 million more in the treasury. Anyhow, still my biggest dissapointment as far as expectations vs execution in my 20 plus years..
