I am not adding yet, thinking something wrong with yesterday news, Trying to decode it, I did say yesterday that this was new paint over old face,  Why they need WEED involvment is beyond me ,unless principals are related. Just jumped on board this train due to the recent supply agreement. Shocked this is down today after the news and will probably pick up more tomorrow. 90000KG over two years is about half a billion in revenue, which values this company at a better price point than most plays. Hilarious...I just don't think people know, and I wouldn't have if it wasn't for that yellow banner...

I'm going through the investor presentation now and I like what I see. The management team and board looks good. I may start to average in on this one. NIce discount over the past few days. Trend posted this on TGIF and this board is a breath of fresh air. Consider yourselves lucky, for now.

Very good point! I think the secret is Sunnivas exposure to the Cali market...Weed wants to be ready for an opening opportunity to get in without any risk involved, ant that's very good for SNN. JMO

Good points. As well this 45,000 kg deal floats them for a couple of years with some solid revenue. While they mature and grow their business model and regulations relax for Canadian cannibas companies dealing with US cannibas companies. Would suspect Canopy will either partner or acquire Sunniva at some point and have instant access to the California market which is much larger than Canada's

I agree that Canopy will acquire Sunniva once marijuana is federally legal in the US. Or once the TSX allows US investment. The news release mentioned that Sunniva would be growing some of Canopy's strains of weed as well as their own. I believe that this is Canopy's way of securing a partnership with a company that operates in the US so they can acquire them once the TSX allows US

I would speculate that there is already an agreement of some sort. Why else would Canopy agree to a supply agreement for BC pot when they will have a 1.3 million sq. Foot facility in BC on board around the same timeframe? If you look at the Sunniva exec they have a track record of elevating companies from their embryonic stage to a healthy buyout target.

given that California is the biggest legal market in the world today, yes a smart move. Partnering with Sunniva also opens up potential medical cannibas distribution channels throughout the states. I also like the cannibas medical clinics that Sunniva has underway. They have listings in both Canadian and US exchanges, without dealing with TSX limitations. It is smart but it will only be once Federal is entirely legal in the US - the TSX rule would be nice but thats not what Bruce is concerned about.

I agree to a point. If there was more certainty that the US would federally legalize recreational cannibas, then Canadian marijuana companies would have little chance of any market penetration in the US market. They would got eaten if they tried or maybe even if they hadn't. On the other hand, the slow unwinding of US liberalization towards medical effectiveness and the slow realization of the
