He claims that the Okanagan Falls sale closes in early December and investors see a financial path to the completion of the glasshouse and the realization of the original vision. That they have a good opportunity to find a financial partner in the US and the opportunity in California remains great. I've followed ted as well. But with increasingly copious grains of salt. Ted also bought SNN's promise to get canadian tier 1 bank financing, back when not a single marj company had been able to secure that in Canada. Who in their right mind would loan snn money right now? ted has also pumped some real duds, and some companies with pretty bad reputations (with reason); namaste ascent

I'm out of snn (took it on the chin as many holders here); I'm now keeping an eye on how everything plays out. Hoping that a white knight buyer comes in for those still holding but even that seems questionable given the litigation issues which are coming from all sides. Holler's credibility is wafer thin at this point.  Handy and sunrize are both making very good points to anyone

@Benedictus, I honestly appreciate all your posts. You have been one of the very few with logical and rational analysis of Sunniva. And you are absolutely spot on correct about Ted. Ted owes an apology to all. Yet he continues to pump. He literally has financial blood on his hands.

Sunrize.........thanks for your input. I presume you are a share holder from the beginning at some point. You have good points. I need to do more research to determine if I wish to enter at these levels. Could be a huge risk presently.
