Denial by court
Denial of the temporary restraining order means only one thing. And that is Sunniva does not have a case. Court agrees with Barker. Sunniva knows that from the beginning and hence was seeking a TEMPORARY restraining order. The case against Sunniva is strong. Barker knows that and is not going to do anything for arbitration. This is business for Barker, not a discussion with Holler over a glass of wine. If Barker wanted to negotiate he would have not quit from the board and he would not have filed a lawsuit against Sunniva. Sunniva is clutching at straws.
