Sure. It looks rocky. But... I averaged down hard and feel good about it. Fingers crossed for some good news. 

I agree that the OK Falls deal isnt looking good... But I feel like another company should be able to swoop in and pick up this land. $20M is a good deal for the whole package. Just need to find someone with the cash. There are a few new players in BC who have been waiting for opportunities to pick up a cheap site...

Has anyone addressed the fact that this site is an old mill site full of decades of contamination? Do you think anything grown there will pass Health Canada's scrutiny? I also remember the same site being listed for around $9M not too long ago. If there was any chance of good news I would guess that Tony would have stepped in to help with some of the financing. lol
