Hi Mr. XXXXXX,

My apologies for the delay on this response, I completely missed it last week (I was in Cathedral City at the time).

The comment is correct in that the Sunniva Production Campus (the entity which Barker Pacific Group is part owner of) is the owner of the building.

As per our previous disclosure, we have invested about $23M into this facility, for certain components of the building.

That fact has been known for a while. Barker's co owns the land and the building in Catherdral City. Whereas Sunniva owns the equipment (or whatever you might want to call it) inside the building (also known as the Greenhouse).  Barker is trying to evict Sunniva. Court rejected Sunniva's request to stay the eviction. Sunniva is now requesting arbitration and the result of that is set ...more

Sunrize, still here, been a while!! Hard to believe what has happened wih this company/stock. Are you short now or still bag holding? Just picked up some cheap shares to play russian roulette.  A few errors on your post my friend. The May 28th date is requesting arbitartion for the prom. note holders (Matrix Venture Capital), I had to re-read and dig in to clear that up. No date has been set ...more

you must be suicidal Bluechip...you said it with your own words that Sunniva is on the brink of existence and yet you're still buying in this pos and call the SP cheap??? i think i remember you pumping the carp out of this stock jus a couple of years ago...and look where it is now...or was that another Bluechip???

I lost money on this one as we were misled, but I have always tried to see both sides, take issue with being called a pumper. I scaled out much of my investment as the business deteriorated, and see the risks today as never being higher. So, I am betting on resolution in favour of Sunniva regarding the legal disputes, and value the remaining assets at least 4-5X their existing enterprise value of ...more
