If CannaPharmaRx wants the Oakanagan facility, they could now simply buyout Sunniva for 2x the market cap to secure that asset at a steep discount. Anyone know how much that property alone is worth?

it's worth exactly as much as a buyer is willing to pay...right now not much interest is shown from the buyers, I guess they'll wait for the bankruptcy and then get the property for PEANUTS...a lot of sharks are hunting in the weed ocean right now...doesn't look good for SNN
