There's a hearing on May 28th on Sunniva's motion to compel arbitration. Although not formally ordered yet, many folks believe that's the just course of action, as per the lease agreement's language on dispute resolution.

So you think Sunniva will win the arbitration? If win, how much effect will it have on stock price? Is it good to buy at present price? thx.

The lease is Sunniva's primary asset. The current market cap does not include this value, as it is up in the air with the legal dispute with the landlord/builder. If the lease survives the legalities, depending on the particulars, there's no reason why the share price shouldn't recover to what it was before the legalities were announced, and possibly to where it was before the dispute ...more
