Ted Ohashi's most recent newsletter details a recent conversation with CEO and Co-Founder Tony Holler, and outlines that Sunniva is in fact, headed for arbitration.

Excellent news this! Arbitration is what Barker hates and he knows he cannot win against Holler. Good news finally.

There's a hearing on May 28th on Sunniva's motion to compel arbitration. Although not formally ordered yet, many folks believe that's the just course of action, as per the lease agreement's language on dispute resolution.

The lease is Sunniva's primary asset. The current market cap does not include this value, as it is up in the air with the legal dispute with the landlord/builder. If the lease survives the legalities, depending on the particulars, there's no reason why the share price shouldn't recover to what it was before the legalities were announced, and possibly to where it was before the dispute
