Excellent news this! Arbitration is what Barker hates and he knows he cannot win against Holler. Good news finally.

There's a hearing on May 28th on Sunniva's motion to compel arbitration. Although not formally ordered yet, many folks believe that's the just course of action, as per the lease agreement's language on dispute resolution.

So you think Sunniva will win the arbitration? If win, how much effect will it have on stock price? Is it good to buy at present price? thx.
