The Debenture defines certain exchange or conversions of shares (i.e., "Old Verano" into "New Verano" shares) from the various blocks (read the 75 doc if you have time) as a breach.

The involuntary component is related to the RTO forcing the exchange.

Despite that, if you have a chance to see the rest of the article, I think that it is unlikely that the Lender will get what they are seeking (for the reasons outlined in my review).

But I did want to keep the review "objective" in that I do think they can claim an "involuntary" breach....but who knows, I am not a lawyer and don't claim to be one (not even on TV)
