RE:RE:Thoughts on the Latest Responses for Sol Globaland 1235 FundThe Debenture defines certain exchange or conversions of shares (i.e., "Old Verano" into "New Verano" shares) from the various blocks (read the 75 doc if you have time) as a breach.

The involuntary component is related to the RTO forcing the exchange.

Despite that, if you have a chance to see the rest of the article, I think that it is unlikely that the Lender will get what they are seeking (for the reasons outlined in my review).

But I did want to keep the review "objective" in that I do think they can claim an "involuntary" breach....but who knows, I am not a lawyer and don't claim to be one (not even on TV)
