House of Lithium

House of LithiumIt appears The House of Lithium website is up and running, anyone have any idea as to how shareholders benefit from SOL divesting their green assets to House of Lithium? Andy is the new CEO of House of LIthium, now we know why he left SOL GLobal. Andy has over 10 million shares of SOL so my guess is shareholder will benefit from House of LIthium, do we get shares? I don't like being in the dark, any thoughts? I thoink the only holdings SOL was is in green energy, so House of LIthium must belong to shareholders, right?
