James, just curious why Andy is emphasizing that it is a non-convertible debenture? 1235 isn't asking for shares of SOL but shares (or equivalent cash) from a security SOL holds - Verano.

I doubt this will go anywhere with 1235. I cant see the courts making sol hand over $550 mil worth of shares on a 50 mil loan thats specified as non-convertible. And most importantly the verano and harvest health deal did not close. On what grounds is 1235 claiming they are entitled to $550 mil of verano stock???

I'll advised shake down attempt that will go nowhere. Great time to load up on SOL.
