Ask why did Sona not issue a news release saying "Hey investors come and have a look at our most recent financial statements" or at least put a link on their investor page to them.
I know. Because they are pretty bad. If this company does not secure additional means of capital or develop a revenue stream they are in trouble. They even say the same thing in the statement.
To get a cash injection they will have to do a private placement. Maybe they are trying but there is no news on that either. Maybe outside investors have done their research and said NOPE. That is an assumption or opinion but the contents of the financial statements are facts. Again....look them up.
