Do you mean "Sedar" documents that are "publicly" available..? LOL..! 
And do you think these "backers" are doing it for free, or will they want a good, or maybe even great return on their investment/risk..? I'd suggest the latter..!
The financial position will only change when there's profits or cash in the bank account, because at this stage they're virtually insolvent, until someone ponies up a huge chunk of cash to float the boat..! And I'll bet its an equity position a lot lower than Fridays close price..!
